In every piece of his artwork, fine art and fashion photographer Rob Woodcox strives to “capture fragments of a vivid life sewn by the threads of reality, memory and dream. Each concept is a declaration of his experience and seeks to tell a meaningful story to each individual that views it,” reads his website.
Having been adopted as a child, Woodcox used his photography skills to produce projects that raised awareness about the US foster system and adoption, queer identity, body positivity and racial diversity.
One of his recent works includes creative presentations of the human form, pushing beyond the limit with a bit of artistic editing. He collaborated with dancers to create amazing images of human bodies, achieving impossible feats like curved and concave forms suspended in the air and bodies stacked scrupulously in a Tetris-style arrangement.
