Luna Prysiazhniuk Creates Oil Paintings of Chicago

Ukranian architecture student Luna Prysiazhniuk lives and studies in Chicago, the city that’s often an inspiration for her amazing paintings. For her, painting gives a new perspective on the architecture of the city and she often uses it as a tool for projects for school.

Her paintings include buildings, train platforms, the Chicago River and its bridges, and many other landmarks of the city. Chicago is not the only thing she paints, but even when she paints something else, she’s somewhere on the city streets with her canvas and brushes.

“The only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is an excellent work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do!” Prysiazhniuk writes on Instagram.
