Una semana exacta, entre fecha y fecha, la semana de frida; y en homenaje a una de sus obras más emblemáticas, no podía pintar solo una. . Sanabria paints unusual portraits that are deconstructed in a way that resemble a mosaic. According to the artist, the distortion of portraits represents the life of people in this new digital world and the distraction they are exposed to.

“Everything has changed in this digital new world, every thought, every problem we have today is thrown into social networks as nothing, as if we were supposed to live online” – Sanabria says. Check out some of his works below.

"Everything in its right place" . . Que pasa si estampamos un reloj contra el piso? Si lo despedazamos en varias partes. Acabaríamos con un montón de engranajes y tornillos esparcidos, sin ningún sentido ni relación aparente. Que pasa si poco a poco empezamos a ensamblar esas partes?, Creando y componiendo; Donde todo ese caos, que en un principio parecía ser un montón de nada de repente se transforma en algo nuevo, que empieza a funcionar perfectamente. Eso mismo, fue exactamente lo que me pasó con esta obra. . . What happens if we stamp a clock on the floor? If we tear it apart in several places. We would end up with a lot of gears and screws scattered, without any sense or apparent relationship. What happens if little by little we start to assemble those parts ?, Creating and composing; Where all that chaos, which at first seemed to be a lot of nothing suddenly becomes something new, which starts to work perfectly well.
