]]>Piggott is the mastermind behind the baking brand Three Cats And A Pig, who’s running a cottage bakery in North Salt Lake, Utah. She’s a stay-at-home mom who enjoys mountain biking, playing piano, and growing pumpkins in her free time, in addition to making pretty sourdough bread.
Piggott started her Instagram page because she wanted to give people ideas for original and creative bread designs once they’ve mastered the basic process of making sourdough. She’s using custom edible wafer paper to take her bread to the next level, in addition to scoring the dough by hand.
One of the best things about Piggott is that she’s not gatekeeping her skills. Her Instagram page is filled with useful tips you can use to take your sourdough to the next level and transform it into a work of art. She often lists the materials she’s using in her Instagram captions, in addition to selling custom edible wafer paper on Etsy to passionate bakers trying to recreate her designs.

]]>Instagram and TikTok are filled with countless bread-baking videos, but Loveall came up with a way to make her mark after discovering sourdough painting in 2021. Creativity struck and she decided to give it a shot, and it didn’t take long for her flower-themed sourdough art to attract millions of views online.
Loveall is not gatekeeping sourdough painting, and she explained her creative process on several separate occasions, revealing you only need edible paint or food coloring – and a little bit of talent! – to achieve the same results.
“The paint mixture is created from all edible food coloring gels, so yes, it is edible. Just like you would eat a cake with colored icing! I totally understand that food coloring is not everyone’s cup of tea… It does not affect the taste at all, so I don’t mind eating it,” she wrote on Instagram.
Loveall’s painted bread became such a huge hit that she started her own brand Loveall Design, offering everything from coloring books and journals to stickers and prints with similar designs.
