Colmenares first started making art in 2009 as a hobby. He began his artistic journey by illustrating cute animal characters, before deciding to turn these illustrations into a series of comics. The comics quickly became popular on social media thanks to their clever and unusual observation of everyday life.
Over time, Colmenares, who works with his wife Viviana Navas, has since introduced various other amusing characters including humans, household items, fruit, vegetables, and much more. These characters are put in common situations that often end in an unexpected, but funny way.
