Beerpainting “is the art of painting with a bottle of beer as a single brush. The imprints generated by the neck of the bottle are the pixels of our pictorial work,” Alexander Caillarec and Nicolas Thollot-Arsac, aka NAART, described their artwork.
The idea came about three years ago, when they saw “corpses of bottles next to pots of paint” scattered on the floor. They instantly tried dipping a bottle into the paint and make impressions, thus, “Beerpainting” was born.
The art duo’s technique became famous that they began organizing live events, which they are seen painting whilst drinking a couple of beers with the audience, who can contribute to the artwork as well. Scroll down to see their unique paintings below.
