Kimberly Joy Mallo Magbanua is a nurse and talented artist from the Philippines.

Her paintings are unique because she doesn’t use pencil, crayon or a brush but uses syringe as her working tool. It takes 3 to 6 hours to complete and she applies needles of different sizes depending on the complexity of the drawing.

“Inject some art to your life to make it more colourful,” the artist said, adding “Why don’t I try to fill the syringes up with paints… and do my art?”

Today, Kimberly has exhibits regularly and she wants her art to be known worldwide. Check out her latest artworks below.
