]]>The set is based on Mario’s appearance in Nintendo’s popular racing game franchise Mario Kart. It features the largest version of brick Mario to date and comes with his standard racing kart.
LEGO and Nintendo unveiled the set via video shared on their respective social media pages.
Officially known as Mario Kart – Mario & Standard Kart, the set features 1,972 pieces and is the largest entry in the Mario Kart LEGO collection by date. It is already available for pre-order at a price of $169.99 with a release date set for May 15, 2025.
Interestingly, this Mario Kart set has been in the making for more than a year. It was teased for “MAR10 Day” in 2024 with a video released by Nintendo that didn’t offer much detail except the announcement of further news in 2025. The news has now come and judging by the reactions of fans on social media, it was worth the wait.

]]>The botanical series is quickly becoming one of the most popular LEGO releases. It features a range of sets focusing on colorful flower bouquets and interesting plants that only need to be assembled to liven up your living space forever.
LEGO recently announced that four new sets are joining the ever-expanding Botanical series. The sets will be officially released in early 2025 and mark the transition of the series into a “specific theme “in LEGO’s portfolio.
The first set is the Pretty Pink Flower Bouquet, which consists of 15 flower stems and foliage, including daisies, eucalyptus, elderflowers, and roses. The stems and foliage are adjustable, encouraging LEGO enthusiasts to create their own arrangements.
There is also a Mini Orchid set, which features five blooming orchid flowers in bloom and several orchid buds, and a Lucky Bamboo set, which consists of three green bamboo stems and pebbles resting in a pot.
Finally, the Flower Arrangement set, the largest of them all, comes with a wide selection of vibrant flowers like camellia, peonies, hydrangeas, baby’s breath, and lilies.
Pretty Pink Flower Bouquet, Mini Orchid, and Lucky Bamboo sets will be released on January 1, 2025, and will cost $59.99, $ 29.99, and $ 29.99, respectively.
The Flower Arrangement set is available for pre-order on January 1, 2025, and will be released in February 2025. It costs $109.99.
