Self-Taught Brazilian Artist Creates Amazing Artwork That Pops Off the Page

Tullius Heuer is a self-taught digital artist from Brazil whose art is so perfectly executed and detailed that it looks like it will pop off the page at any moment. In order to achieve this unique effect, Heuer combines his drawing talent with his excellent photo manipulation software skills.

His impressive and surreal digital artwork begins as a sketch done on a tablet, which later gets a facelift in photo editing software and gets combine with real-life surroundings. This is why the project is fittingly named The Living Sketches.

In order to make each piece look as stunning as possible, Heuer puts lots of time and effort into this project. According to the artist himself, each of these digital artworks takes around nine to 10 hours to complete.
